Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Estimated delivery times displayed during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Earth Bound Botanicals is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but subsequently lost or stolen.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, leasing offices, or other secure delivery locations.

We will reasonably assist customers with information needed to pursue a carrier claim when appropriate.
