Cancellation Policy

Certain EarthBound Botanical products may be available through subscriptions or pre-orders. Please review the terms below to understand how to manage or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions

A subscription allows you to receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule and subscription term you select at checkout.

Your payment information is stored securely through our payment provider. Unless you pay in advance, your selected payment method will be charged for each scheduled order.

Some subscriptions renew automatically. To prevent renewal or future charges, cancel your subscription before the next scheduled billing date.

Changing or Canceling a Subscription

You may request a change or cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription management link in your confirmation email. If you need help, contact earthboundbotanicals@outlook.com.

Cancellation stops future subscription orders and charges. It does not cancel an order that has already been charged or entered processing. Any active order placed before cancellation will continue through fulfillment.

Returns and refunds for subscription purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order reserves a product that is currently out of stock or has not yet become available.

Payment terms will be displayed at checkout. Depending on the product, we may collect a deposit, collect full payment, or securely save your payment method to charge when the order is ready for fulfillment.

If a deposit is collected, the remaining balance will be charged according to the terms provided when you place your order.

Canceling a Pre-Order

You may request cancellation of a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled. Email earthboundbotanicals@outlook.com with your order number so we can review its status and confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. You may contact us to request a full or partial refund, subject to our Refund Policy. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

How This Policy Applies

The subscription and pre-order cancellation options described here are exceptions to the general cancellation terms in our Refund Policy. All other return and refund requests remain subject to that policy.
